Jessica Norton – spa owner, esthetician, manicurist On a visit to New York City in January of 2003, the idea of Spa Noir was conceived. Belltown was the only choice for a location with its creative, diverse population of businesses and residents. Jessica is thrilled to offer clients a unique experience to any other Seattle spa, pampering all senses during any service.
